AIdiot is proudly designed in the UK. Thanks to our partners at Printful, your gear is printed and shipped from the location closest to you — UK, Europe, the US, or beyond. Less shipping time, fewer air miles, more time for you to argue with your favorite bot.
Yes! Whether you’re coding in California, debugging in Berlin, or sipping tea in Tokyo, we’ve got you covered. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. **Please note:** International customers may be responsible for customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.
Absolutely. Once your merch has been printed, packed, and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Watch your hoodie or mug travel like a packet on a very determined server.
Fulfillment time:
- 2–5 business days to print and prepare your order (via Printful).
Shipping time:
- UK & EU: 3–7 business days
- USA: 3–8 business days
- International: 7–20 business days
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors outside our control (customs, weather, carrier delays).
Size charts are available on each product page. If you’re between sizes, order up for extra comfort. Still unsure? Email support@aidiot.shop and we’ll help you debug sizing.
Note: US customers — sizes run smaller, so size up.
- T-Shirts: 100% organic ring-spun cotton, soft, breathable, PETA-approved vegan.
- Hoodies: Cotton/polyester blend for comfort and durability.
- Caps: Chino cotton twill with adjustable strap.
- Mugs: Glossy ceramic — designed to last longer than most AI startups.
All organic cotton products are GOTS and OCS certified, and every item is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified.
Wrong size or defect: Return unworn items within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Email support@aidiot.shop with your order number.
Buyer’s remorse: Because all items are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for buyer preference or dislike of the design.
Legal note: Custom-made items are exempt from the 14-day cancellation period under UK & EU distance selling laws.
Think of it like software maintenance:
- Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colors.
- Tumble dry low, or better yet, hang dry (eco points!).
- Don’t iron directly on the print unless you want to debug melted logos.
- No bleach — bots don’t like it either.
Yes — you can absolutely ship AIdiot gear directly to a friend or fellow nerd. Printful doesn’t include invoices or prices in the package, so they won’t see what you paid.
At the moment, we can’t add custom gift notes or wrapping, but we’re exploring options. For now, your gift will arrive in smart, no-frills packaging — perfect for surprise deliveries.
